This on-demand online training will walk you through the theory and application of YouTube advertising so that by the end of the workshop, you will not only know what to do, but you'll have the step-by-step guidance to implement everything so you too can run YouTube ads like a pro.

We walk through the process of setting up your YouTube channel, uploading your video, getting it all connected, and building your ad campaigns in the most efficient way possible.

I had to think long and hard about whether I should even create this course.

You see, I run a video ad agency called Viewability, working with some of the biggest names in the industry and we've had some incredible achievements.

This is partly due to our financial model in the agency - we don't charge clients a monthly fee or percentage of ad spend. We don't even charge for the videos we create for them. PLUS, we fund the ads with our own money. So how do we get paid? Well, we only get paid when we send our clients leads and customers.

Because of this, the agency takes on all the risk, but I love that because I know our strategies work and when we employ these strategies with our clients, everyone makes a lot more money.

However, there is catch. Because we are heavily invested in each and every client, it means the agency can only work with a set number of clients before we hit capacity (we're working on it!)

But this goes against what I set out to do when I first started the agency. The reason I do what I do is because I want to help entrepreneurs bring their best work into the world. But with limited capacity, I was not really doing the best I could.

So even though I am genuinely concerned about giving away these secrets and strategies (after all, I have a wife and 2 young boys to support!), I feel it's the right thing to do.

When I made that decision, I thought, "If I am going to do this, I am going to do it properly". As a result, The YouTube Ads Workshop is something I am very proud of and even though it's very new, already the people going through the training are getting incredible results.

But please don't expect to be sold hard with a hyped-up launch and spammy sales tactics. That's just not me. Instead, I just want to let you know that this training is me, bringing my best work into the world.


You are prepared to do a bit of work.

I am about to share with you some simple yet incredibly powerful strategies that actually work - the stuff we use in the agency.

It's a not a huge amount of work, but nothing will happen if you can't dedicate a day's work to this.

You've got something that people want.

You're about to learn how to send red hot buying traffic to your website. If you have something they want, you should stand to make a lot of money.

But if you're trying to flog something nobody wants (but you think is amazing), then this is probably not going to work out.

You "get it."

This is advertising. You'll be spending money. You'll be risking a little money and your success is NOT guaranteed.

This is about you learning, applying, seeing what works and what doesn't, optimising and going again. If you follow along and apply the learning then you can expect to do very well, but please don't think you're buying a magic button that's going make you instantly rich.


You cannot keep it together.

I have not created this training to create myself a huge headache in support. Guess what - things will change, you'll hit some challenges, Google might put you through your paces, you might not get great results to begin with... you have to keep it together and keep calm.

If you're the sort to gamble all your money by not following the program because "you know best" then please don't buy this product. I cannot be dealing "urgent support tickets" at 3am.

You're selling something you don't really believe in.

If you are selling something crap, it's not going to work out. Also, don't invest if you're selling something that YouTube and Google hate - Guns, Drugs, Nudity, Get Rich Quick stuff, etc.

If you're not going to use this training to bring your best work into the marketplace, then let's not do business. I only want you in if you're providing value to the world.

You're expecting too much.

It's true, you can get leads and customers for less than $0.20 from YouTube but it's rare and don't buy this course if that's what you're expecting.

YouTube offers an incredible advertising opportunity for business owners today but cost per lead and customer is irrelevant compared to your profit. Are you turning $1 into $2? That's what we're looking to build - profit centres - even if you're paying $10+ per lead.

You're already think that somehow, you'll fail.

This is a difficult thing to sum up, but when I speak at events, I meet many people that don't believe in themselves (or a least to back themselves financially with ad spend). If you don't think advertising will ever work for you - then do not invest - as it probably won't.

You need to have the right mindset from the start - some things will work, some things won't. We'll focus on the stuff that does and eliminate the stuff that doesn't. Then we scale. But this training does not come with a daily pep talk unfortunately (well, not yet anyway).
